We encourage having your home pressure washed once each year depending on the degree of build up. Our house washing service includes the removal of molds, mildew, pollen and debris. The end result is a clean and considerably brighter looking home than ever before. It is true that many people actually think that their home is in need of a new paint job when a good pressure washing is all that is needed to restore that paint to the original condition. Pricing for this service is based on interior square footage and is also extremely competitive and affordable for most all of our customers, see pricing below.
GUTTER CLEANING: We recommend having your gutters cleaned at least once per year to prevent the unnecessary build up of mold, mildew and debris. Our gutter cleaning service includes cleaning and rinsing of the gutters as well as flushing of all down spouts to prevent clogging. Pricing for this service is based on the size of the home and the number of gutters to be cleaned. An average size home carries a price tag of $100, which can be reduced in combination with other services.
CONCRETE & DRIVEWAYS: An excellent way to drastically improve the appearance of your property is to regularly clean all concrete, brick and asphalt. Strangely, the most neglected areas of the residence are often the driveway and walkways. These areas also yield the best results in comparison to others. Pressure washing will remove dirt, mold and mildew as well as plant stains, oil and tire marks, leaving your driveway and walkways restored to it's original color regardless of it's previous condition. This service also happens to be amongst the most affordable of services that we offer. We charge 10 ยข per square foot to clean concrete and asphalt with a discount for larger areas. An average size driveway, generally three to five car lengths in length, carries an average square footage of 1500 square feet and runs $150.00.
